Launch of the T2A Alliance Young Adult Manifesto
The Manifesto contains 10 recommendations which would serve to make the way in which we deal with young adult offenders more effective, fairer and less costly. The report was formally launched on the evening of Wednesday 25th November. Dominic Grieve, the Shadow Minister for Justice responded warmly to the proposals, stating that "many of the proposals being recommended by T2A are in fact things that I would endorse." The T2A Young Adult Manifesto is the culmination of 18 months research and consultation and the T2A Alliance will campaign for the 10 landmark proposals to be endorsed in all three main political party manifestoes for the 2010 general election.
